Note: This is a 3 page application in .pdf format. It opens with acrobat reader and should be printed on A4 white executive bond paper only. Save the application to the disk by right clicking and selecting save as target.

DD of Rs. 50/- for active membership and Rs. 100/- for institutional membership. DD should be in the name/favor of Voice Organization and payable at Lehragaga.

Guidelines For Form Printing:

Membership application forms should be printed on A4 White Royal Executive Bond Papers only. (this is for signature purposes)
Printing should be preferably with colour printer.

Guidelines For Form Filling:
Guidelines for filling up the form are given within the application form.

Guidelines For Form Submission:
Submit the form to the respective State body for Approval. On Approval, post the same as per guidelines given in the form.

For New Members:

Receiving of applications for Membership has been started. State Bodies are requested to supply the interested candidates with the print copy of the downloadable form if required and ask the candidates to fill and post them as per the guidelines given in the application.

Method - Application by Post

Download the membership form from the website.
Print it on A4 White Royal Executive Bond Papers.
Fill it as per guidelines on the form.
Submit the filled application form to the respective State Body for approval stamp.
Post it on the following address.Opposite Tehsil, Office, Lehragaga, Distt. Sangrur

Notification Certificate & ID-Card will be issued on Membership approval.
Receiving of applications for Stationary i.e. Visiting Cards, Letterhead, Envelopes will be started from 15th August, 2006 onwards and only after approval of membership.
It is a request to all the members and prospective members not to send any messages/mails regarding above mentioned subjects (i.e. Membership and Stationery), on the e-mails info@voiceorganization.com. All the emails concerning with membership issues should be emailed at members@voiceorganization.com.

For Old Members:

Old Members with approved memberships need to resubmit their application just as new members. Follow the method given in New Members Section above. Resubmitting the application form if mainly for the standard format of records and signature on the form for use in New ID-Card.
Kindly note all old ID-Cards will have to replaced with the New ID-Cards containing the watermark of Voice Organization logo and new Membership number format for better organization of memberships.
New Notification certificate & New ID-Card will be couriered to you on receipt of which kindly discard your old ID-Cards for security reasons and to prevent misuse.
